Terms and Conditions for the "Gift with Purpose" Campaign

  1. Campaign Period: The "Gift with Purpose" campaign runs from 2nd September 2024 to 30th September 2024.

  2. Eligibility:

    • The offer is available to clients who spend $150 or more on services or purchase a package at participating Salon Express locations during the campaign period.

    • The offer is limited to one (1) free Made With Purpose hairbrush per qualifying transaction, regardless of the total amount spent over $150.

  3. Participating Locations: This offer is valid only at participating Salon Express locations. Please check with your local Salon Express to confirm participation.

  4. Brush Selection:

    • The free hairbrush provided is part of the Made With Purpose collection.

    • Brush options are subject to availability and may vary by location.

    • Salon Express reserves the right to substitute the free brush with another product of equal or greater value in case of stock shortages.

  5. How to Redeem:

    • The free hairbrush will be provided at the time of purchase and added to the client's invoice using the a POS code.

    • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

  6. No Cash Value:

    • The free hairbrush cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

    • The offer is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the individual making the qualifying purchase.

  7. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • In the event of a refund or exchange that reduces the total transaction amount below $150, the client must return the free hairbrush or its equivalent value will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Any exchanged services or products must also meet the original terms of the offer to retain the free hairbrush.

  8. Availability:

    • This offer is available while supplies last. Once the allocated stock is exhausted, the offer will no longer be valid.

    • Salon Express reserves the right to end the promotion early if stock is depleted before the campaign end date.

  9. Changes to Terms:

    • Salon Express reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

    • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be updated on the Salon Express website.
