February Spotlight: getting to know our clients
We love seeing familiar faces in the Salon. It’s amazing to see our loyal clients continue to return to their favourite stylists who know exactly how to create their signature look. This month we are shining the Salon Express Spotlight on Deb Snelling who has been a client at the Whitfords Salon for the past 6 years.
A little bit about Deb. She is a busy mum from Perth who works full-time as a Project Administrator. Among her busy lifestyle she enjoys reading, taking her puppy “Kelso” to the dog beach and going out with her book club. She loves visiting the salon when it suits her, allowing her to maintain what’s important to her. Deb is a mother of two and believes cultivating loving relationships with family and friends is the secret to finding balance within a busy schedule.
We wanted to find out a little more about Deb’s experience at Salon Express Whitfords over the past 6 years so we brought her back into the salon to uncover why she always comes back to the Whitfords team.
What do you like most about our salon? The massage chairs at the basin and the lovely staff members. No matter which stylist I have, my hair always looks amazing!
What services do you usually get when you come see us? Cut, Treatment, Colour and Blow Wave.
How has your hair journey been since you started coming to our salon? My hair has got progressively shorter and darker in shades. I have found my signature look and shade thanks to the girls at Whitfords. The condition of my hair has also become a lot healthier since maintaining my look between salon visits with the Vitamino Range from Serie Expert by L’Oreal Professionnel.
Do you have a favourite memory from visiting our salon? Yes, I love learning more about each of the stylists. For example, Vikki was keeping me updated with finding her dream home and she was so excited to tell me about it when she bought it!
What would you tell someone who is considering coming to our salon for the first time? Even though you may have a different stylist from time to time, they always remember you and your hair!
